MANCHESTER- Mr. Roger R. Desrosiers, 82, of Manchester, passed away on October 16, 2017 at the Elliot Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Allenstown, Roger was the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Bosse) Desrosiers.  He was raised and educated in the Pembroke/Allenstown area and resided here for most of his life before moving to Manchester 24 years ago.

Prior to his retirement, Roger was employed by Emerson Lounge, Connies Cement Floor Company, Caron Construction and Doucet Masonry.  He was later the co-owner of Twin Town Concrete Floors and later retired as a concrete finisher from Associated Concrete Coatings.

Roger was a member of the Fr. Routhier Council #4666 Knights of Columbus, the Suncook Rod & Gun Club, the BMPIU, Local # 3 of NH and Local # 6.  He enjoyed sports, reading and walking.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 61 years, Anna (Falat) Desrosiers in February, 2017 and four sisters, Doris Guertin, Blanche Boisvert, Rita Laroche, and Jeannine Brasley.

He is survived by his son, Andrew M. Desrosiers and his wife Sammy of Weare, and three grandchildren, Joseph, Marcus and Delphine.
