Patricia A. Shirey

CONCORD- Patricia Ann Shirey, 50, of Concord, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on November 8, 2021 after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Born in Reading, PA, Patricia was the daughter of Deborah (Shirey) Lee and her husband Raymond and the late Randall Racine.  Being part of a Marine family, she and her family frequently moved throughout the country before settling in New Hampshire in 1983.

Prior to her illness, Patricia was employed at the former Town & Country Reprographics/Keystone Press in Manchester for over 20 years.

She enjoyed plants and gardening, camping traveling, crafts and cooking.  Above all else, she cherished spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her sister, Brittany Racine.

Besides her mother and stepfather, Patricia is survived by her two children: Nichole Simms and her husband Landon of Mooresville, NC and Nathaniel Lewis of New Mexico; her dear friend and father to her children, Roger Lewis of Michigan; and her siblings: Eric Shirey, Raymond Lee, Jr., Sandy Kinzer Kennedy, Kerry Racine and Kimberly Racine Hainley.  She also leaves several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal services.  A Celebration of Her Life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to the Payson Center for Cancer Care, 250 Pleasant St. Concord, NH 03301 or the Granite VNA Hospice, 30 Pillsbury St. Concord, NH 03301.  Assisting the family with arrangements is the Petit-Roan Funeral Home in Pembroke.  To share a memory or offer a condolence, please visit www.petitroan.com
