DEERFIELD- Mrs. MaryAnn E. (Westwell) Fisher, 63, of Deerfield, passed away unexpectedly at home on May 22, 2023 after a period of declining health.
Born in Methuen, MaryAnn was the daughter of Barbara (Broderick) Westwell and the late Robert S. Westwell. She was raised and educated in Deerfield, was a graduate of Coe-Brown Academy and would remain in Deerfield for most of her life.
MaryAnn was active in the family business, East Coast Signals and was the bookkeeper for over 20 years.
In earlier years, she served as a Den Mother for her son’s Cub Scout troop and was treasurer of FOCUS. She loved being around kids. She was also a terrific softball player. MaryAnn enjoyed reading, traveling with family, was an incredible baker and a vicious rummy player! Her most recent joy was being a grandmother.
In addition to her mother, MaryAnn is survived by her husband of 44 years, Scott Fisher of Deerfield; her two sons, Ryan Fisher and his wife Mary Ellen of Epsom and Matthew Fisher and his wife Laura of Deerfield; her sister, JoAnn Trojano of Plymouth, NH and her beloved granddaughter, Victoria Rose Fisher.
Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, June 1st from 4 to 6 P.M. in The Roan Family Funeral Home-Still Oaks Chapel, 1217 Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, June 2nd at 10 A.M. in Old Center Cemetery, Meeting House Hill Rd. in Deerfield.
