Kathleen P. Molway

CONCORD- Kathleen Molway, 72, passed peacefully in the presence of her family at home in Concord, on Thursday, July 16th, 2020.        

Kathleen graduated from Hall High School in West Hartford, Connecticut, and soon after married her loving husband of 52 years, Bob. Bob and Kathleen moved to New Hampshire, where they raised their daughter, Kellie, and son, Kevin. Kathleen began serving her community as a volunteer at the Carenet Pregnancy Center of Greater Concord, where she was eventually hired as executive director, a position she held for 25 years.

Everyone who knew Kathleen more profoundly knew her passion for Jesus. Her dedication to caring for women and children was done with a compassion that exemplified the life of Jesus, the one whom she loved most. She had many friends who often told how they would feel so valued after spending time with her. Her laugh was contagious and her smile lit up the room.  One of Kathleen's greatest joys in life was to have you as a guest at her table where she would make everyone feel so valued, loved and would over-feed you delicious food.

Kathleen is survived by her loving husband, Bob of Concord, NH, her Daughter Kellie and son-in-law Lars, of Ogunquit, Maine, her son Kevin and daughter-in-love, Heather of Kansas City, MO; her beloved sister Betty Ann (whom she spoke to at least once a day on the phone) and her husband Jordan Butler as well as many nieces and nephews and her six grandchildren, TJ and his wife Mallory, Erik and his finance Aly, Reid, Annika, Christian and Bella and her dog Rudy. Anyone who knew Kathleen knew she had a passion for the beach, where she loved to spend summer days with family, all of whom will be forever impacted by her life lived with grace and love.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Grace Capital Church (542 Pembroke St. Pembroke, NH 03275) on Saturday, July, 25th at 1 P.M.  A private burial will be held at Ocean View Cemetery in Wells, Maine.  In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Concord Pregnancy Care Center "In Memory of Kathleen Molway" 14 West Street Concord NH 03301.  Assisting the family with arrangements is the Petit-Roan Funeral Home in Pembroke.  To share a memory or offer a condolence, please visit www.petitroan.com
