CHICHESTER- John David Fraser, 50, of Chichester, passed away at Concord Hospital on Thursday October 7, 2021 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Quincy, MA, he was the son of the late John Douglas Fraser and the late Judy (Gales) Fraser.
John, known as David, received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. David worked for many years as a mail carrier for the U.S Postal Service. He was active in his church community at the New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene in Loudon, NH. David loved his Scottish Heritage and always looked forward to attending the Highland Games Scottish Cultural Festival in NH. He was a history buff and an animal lover with a particular admiration of elephants and great affection for beloved family pets: cat "Gizmo", cat "Twix" and dog "Callie".
He is survived by his wife, Ranee (Boyd) Fraser, sister, Deborah, Aunt, Fern Woodruff (husband Bruce), Aunt, Karen Eaton (husband Jack), Uncle, G. Richard Fraser, Uncle, Dan Gales (wife Bonnie), Uncle, John Gales and step-daughter Dawn Carbonneau, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at the New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene, 33 Staniels Road, Loudon, NH on Friday October 15, 2021 from 5PM to 7PM. A service will be held at the church on Saturday the 16th beginning at 11am. The Petit-Roan Funeral Home in Pembroke is assisting the family with arrangements.
