Obituary
ALLENTOWN – George E. Tarbell, Jr. 65, of Allenstown, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at his residence, surrounded by his family.
He was born on July 8, 1958 in Manchester, son of George E. Tarbell, Sr. and the late Rita (Shepard) Tarbell.
George was employed for over 20 years with Bow High School as the Night Custodian until his retirement. He could often be found polishing his ’93 Mustang, riding his Harley or camping with his family. While he didn’t have a dog of his own, he enjoyed hanging around with his grand dog Godiva any chance he got.
He is survived by his wife Roxanne (Guerin) Tarbell with whom he shared 30 years of marriage, daughters, Jessica Tarbell and Amy Tarbell, siblings, Donna Nichols and her husband Bob, Robin Weiss and her husband Steve and Scott Tarbell as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 1PM-3PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home, 167 Main Street, Pembroke.
