Diane M. Salagaj

CONCORD – Diane M. Salagaj, 69, of Concord, passed away with her son and his wife by her side on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Concord Hospital.

Born on March 2, 1951 in Elizabeth, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Neva (Gano) Rocco.

Diane lived in the same community that she worked in and had many strong relationships over the years. She was employed by Nelson and Ward for over 25 years as an Insurance Manager, those bonds of friendship kept up with her even after retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching sci-fi movies and television. She was the unofficial welcoming committee at her retirement community and made many friends there. She loved to connect with others. In her younger years, she was able to travel and make memories with her son and later acted as a caregiver to her ailing parents.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Dora Ramstedt.

She is survived by her son, Brian Salagaj and his wife Jaime of Chichester, a brother, Tony Rocco of Delaware and four grandchildren, Eli and Addison Salagaj and Edie and Allen Soares.
