Charlotte A. Letteney

PITTSFIELD - Charlotte A. Letteney, 76, of Pittsfield, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at Epsom Manor following a period of declining health.

Born on March 29, 1945 in Valhalla, NY, she was the daughter of the late Vaughn Higgins and Beatrice Burlone.

Charlotte worked for many years in the Factory at Raytheon until her retirement. She enjoyed helping others and time she was able to spend with her grandchildren. Towards the end she enjoyed hallmark movies, crime shows, reading magazines and listening to music. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, George Letteney and two sons, George Letteney, Jr. and Frederick Letteney.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Tracy Anderson of Pittsfield, sisters and brother, Mary Sayles of Franklin, William Smart of CT and Danielle Hokanson of CT, three great grandsons, Paul Anderson, Benjamin Anderson and Kaden Marr as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
