COLORADO – Maurice “Moe” Bellerose, 68 of Montrose, CO, formerly of Suncook, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the HopeWest Hospice Care Center in Grand Junction, CO.
Born on January 23, 1950 in Manchester, he was the son of the late Albert and Cecile (Saucier) Bellerose.
Moe was a graduate of Bishop Brady High School and Franklin Pierce University. He resided in Suncook for most of his life before moving to Colorado in 2007.
Moe was a former member of the Suncook Rod and Gun Club and was also a member of the Delta Lodge of Elks #1235. Moe enjoyed traveling, spending time with his family, watch hockey or nascar.
Maurice is survived by his wife of 48 years, Claudette (Noel) Bellerose; a son, Daniel Bellerose and his wife Karen, a daughter, Kris Raymond and her husband David, a brother, Paul Bellerose and his wife Jane as well as five grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 10 A.M. in St. John the Baptist Church, Allenstown. Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Allenstown. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the HopeWest Hospice Care Center, 3090 North 12th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81506.
