CONCORD – Kenneth Gene Garland II, 53 of Concord passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019 following a period of declining health.

Born on June 27, 1965 in Concord, he was the son of Lea Irene (Campbell) DeCicco of Concord and the late Kenneth G. Garland.

Ken worked for many years as an Electrician for Gemini Electrical. He liked to tinker and fix anything mechanical including cars, spending time with his son fishing, loved his family and had an interest in holistic healing.

He survived by his children, Ashton Garland, Kenneth Gene Garland, III and Alyssa Garland, siblings, George Garland, Warren Garland, Lisa Garland, Heidi Calley, Betsy Glidden and Jenny DeCicco, several aunts, uncles as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

There are no services at this time. The Petit-Roan Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
