John Strachan Obituary

PEMBROKE – John Guy Strachan, 59, of Pembroke, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at his residence following a period of declining health.

Born on September 19, 1960 in Concord, he was the son of the late Guy R. and Violet (Spiro) Strachan.

John was a Pembroke Academy graduate and went on to work for many years with Pinard Waste as a Salesman. He enjoyed playing poker and various other card games as well as golfing.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Strachan in 2001.

He is survived by his sister, Tracey Stolte and her husband Larry of Kalispell, MT, his aunt, Freda Spiro of Concord, two nieces, Christine and Rebecca and one nephew, Garrett.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord. The Petit-Roan Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. To leave a memory or offer a condolence, please visit www.petitroan.com
