Eric Olmstead Obituary

MANCHESTER – Eric H. Olmstead, 47, of Manchester and Paugus Bay, formerly of Allenstown, passed away on August 4, 2018 after a lengthy illness and declining health.

Born in Manchester, Eric was the beloved son of Dennis and Janet (Beliveau) Olmstead.  He was raised and educated in Allenstown and was a graduate of Pembroke Academy Class of 1989.  He later attended Hesser College.

He was a longtime employee of Nalcoa, where he worked as an extrusion operator.  During his college years and throughout his life, Eric loved to play hockey and was an avid Bruins fan.  He also enjoyed watching baseball, riding his Harley and loved the lake.

Eric was predeceased by his grandparents, Thomas and Louise Olmstead and Henry and Germaine Beliveau; and his aunt, Lucille Caron.

In addition to his parents, Eric is survived by his uncles, Michael Olmstead and his wife Katie of Manchester, Paul Beliveau and his wife Joan of Manchester, the late Roger Beliveau and his surviving wife Shirley of Bedford and Gerard Beliveau and his wife Marge of Texas; his great-aunt, Isabelle Fitzpatrick of Hooksett as well as several cousins and friends.

A Committal Service will be held on Thursday, August 16th at 11 A.M. in the Mount Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 474 Goffstown Rd. in Manchester.  Assisting the family with arrangements is the Petit-Roan Funeral Home in Pembroke.  To share a memory or offer a condolence, please visit www.petitroan.com
