Dorothy M. (Cowdrey) Lagor

ALLENSTOWN- Mrs. Dorothy M. (Cowdrey) Lagor, 88, of Allenstown, passed away on April 26, 2018 at her home following a period of declining health.

Born in Townsend, VT, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Rose May (Viens) Cowdrey.  She previously resided in Pembroke and Candia before moving to Allenstown in 1974.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a production line packer for Universal Packaging, a position she held for over 30 years.

In earlier years, she was an avid bowler.

Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Clifford H.N. Lagor in 2015, her brothers Donald Price, David Price, Edward Cowdrey, John Cowdrey, and her sister Marion Joy.

She is survived by her children: Ruth Sargent of Allenstown, Rose Erlenwein and her husband Robert of Concord and William Dio, Jr. of Bow.  She is also survived by Cliff’s children: Dianne Kimball and her husband Paul of Deerfield, David Lagor and his wife Ann of Barnstead, Debora Wyman and her husband Donald of Deerfield, Brian Lagor, and Robert Lagor and his wife Shirley all of Barre, VT.  She leaves her siblings: Kenny Price of Concord NH, Frank Cowdrey of Florida, Robert Price of Michigan, and Mary Hill of Glen NH.  She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday, May 2nd from 4 to 7 P.M. in the Still Oaks Funeral & Memorial Home 1217 Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom.  A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, May 3rd at 10 A.M. in the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to Concord Hospital Hospice Care.  To share a memory or offer a condolence, please visit www.stilloaks.com
