Barbara J. Rogers

LACONIA – Barbara J. Rogers, 78 of Laconia, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Epsom Healthcare following a period of declining health.

Born on November 20, 1941 in Corry, PA, she was the daughter of the late James and Ruth (Bromley) Rooney.

Barbara worked for many years as a circuit board assembler for Vernitron and later for Burton -Johns. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch and people watching, she always kept to herself.

Besides her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her brother, James Rooney and sisters, Florence Swanson, Opal Phillips, Shirley McCray and Mable Smith.

She is survived by her son, Charles Keith and his wife Lori of Sanbornton, sisters, Roberta Ruger, Ellen Carr, brothers, Wally Rooney, Bill Rooney, Tom Rooney and Jerry Rooney, five grandchildren, Jason Keith and his wife Kara, Megan McCarrick, Sara Rubino and her husband Jared, Joey Keith and his wife Deanne and Jenny Keith and her husband Patrick Colburn, fifteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
