Michael J. Fleming

HILLSBORO- Mr. Michael J. Fleming, 57, of Hillsboro, passed away unexpectedly at Concord Hospital after a sudden illness on February 25, 2018.

Born and raised in Manchester, Mike was the son of Moira and James Fleming of Manchester.  He served in the United States Army from 1979 to 1982.

He was employed as a chef for Tooky Mills Pub in Hillsboro for over 16 years.  Mike enjoyed playing bongos, watching Patriots games with friends and doing puzzles.

In addition to his parents, he leaves his two children: Sarah Vance of Pembroke and Sgt. Scott Fleming, USMC and his wife Brandi of Okinawa, Japan.  He was the brother to Kimberly Fleming Rofino, Ian Fleming and Andrew Fleming.  He is also survived by four grandchildren, Joi, Landon, Hayden and Zoey, his longtime girlfriend, Rachel Milligan, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, March 6th from 5 to 8 P.M. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home 167 Main St. in Pembroke.  Burial will be held privately at a later date.  A Celebration of his Life will be held on Monday, March 12th from 5 to 8 P.M. at Moose International, 15 School St. in Hillsboro.
