Cathy D. (LeBlanc) Elliott

PEMBROKE- Mrs. Cathy D. Elliott, 64, of Pembroke, passed away at Concord Hospital on January 8, 2018 after a brief illness.

Born in Swampscott, MA, Cathy was the daughter of the late Arthur R. LeBlanc, Sr. and Rita F. (Goguen) LeBlanc.  She was raised and educated in Swampscott and was a graduate of Swampscott High School Class of 1971.  She obtained her Associates Degree in Business Administration from North Shore Community College.  She had been a longtime resident of New Hampshire.

Cathy enjoyed her employment in the restaurant industry for most of her life.  She was a longtime employee of Kimball’s CAV’ern in Pembroke, where she was a well-known face for many years.  She loved cooking with her husband, gardening and taking care of her pets.  She was well liked by all who knew her.

A longtime and faithful communicant of St. John the Baptist Church in Allenstown, Cathy was a dedicated lector for many years.

Cathy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank Elliott, who was the love of her life for 38 years.

She is survived by her siblings: Diane Gosselin of Belmont, MA, Richard LeBlanc of Swampscott, MA and Arthur LeBlanc, Jr., of Peabody, MA.

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, January 18th from 5 to 8 P.M. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home 167 Main St. in Pembroke.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 19th at 11 A.M in St. John the Baptist Church in Allenstown.  Spring burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Allenstown.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pope Memorial SPCA, 94 Silk Farm Rd.
